Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, if available.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at support@flyingorbit.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
